Evidence of smoking will incur a non-negotiable minimum 100€ fee for overtime cleaning costs and scheduling disruptions. ➟ Guests must sign rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, or before check-in if booked within 24 hours, if requested to do so. ➟ We are happy to welcome pets with a pet fee. However, pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be walked at least once a day. Guests must clean up after pets both inside the home and when walking them outside. Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover any additional cleaning necessary due to the presence of pets.

Non so se mi ha stupito di più l’incredibile qualità dell’appartamento di Ca’ San Marco — impeccabile nella pulizia, nella precisione e nella cura dei dettagli — o la straordinaria disponibilità e premura degli host. L’unione di questi due aspetti ha reso il soggiorno semplicemente meraviglioso. Ho alloggiato qui insieme a due colleghi per motivi di lavoro, e anche loro mi hanno fatto i complimenti per l’ottima scelta: complimenti che giro con piacere a chi gestisce questo splendido appartamento. Quando tornerò a Vicenza, sceglierò sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui.

Il soggiorno a casa di Jeff è stato fantastico! Si è dimostrato super disponibile ad ogni richiesta e domanda. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: pulita, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort! È in una posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro, ideale per chi vuole spostarsi a piedi e visitare Vicenza! Assolutamente raccomandata!

We loved our stay at Manuel's place. Check in was easy and flexible and they provided us with detailed instructions well in advance. We had a slight difficulty locating the flat and someone (Vicky) came round in 5 minutes to help us, Vicky was super friendly and helpful. She also showed us round and gave us great recommendations. Overall, the flat is very clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and the location is perfect. It's just a walking distance away from the centre of the town. Lastly, Manuel and Jefferson were ready to help at all times. Would %100 recommend.
